Dear students,
this is to inform you that on 29th March, 11:00 am, you are all invited to attend the kickoff meeting of the Erasmus project "BridgET: Bridging the gap between the land and the sea in a virtual environment for innovative teaching and community involvement in the science of climate change-induced marine and coastal geohazard".
The project will be carried out between 2022 and 2024 through the organisation of summer schools dedicated to students in the marine sciences and marine geology degree courses. The students that will take part in the schools will be selected from the 6 European universities participating in the project. The central theme of the schools will be the investigation and management of coastal areas that are tectonically or climatically sensitive to current climate change.
You will receive more detailed information on how to apply in the coming weeks.
The kickoff meeting will take place in Room U6/04, on 29th March and it will be open for student participation from 11:00 until 16:00.
