Dear Students,

I would like to provide you with some important information regarding the upcoming report submission and presentation deadlines:

Presentation Date

• The next available date for presenting the content of your report is February 16th, 2026, at 09:00 in classroom T014 (building U14), as indicated on the S3 platform.

Report Submission

• To be eligible to present, your report must be submitted in PDF format through the designated widget (this) on the main eLearning page of the course (not in the module pages).
• The submission deadline is February 11th, 2026, at 23:59.
• To be enabled to submit the report, you must  register on the main course e-learning page (here)

Presentation Modality

• On the exam day, students are required to present their report using slides, to be projected during the session.
• The presentation should last 15–20 minutes maximum.
• Questions related to the report may be asked both during and after the presentation.

I strongly encourage all students to register on the main course page (here), as only a few of you have done so far. Please note that:

• All future communications will be made through the main course page
• The main course page provides access to:
  1. Examples of high-quality reports from previous years
  2. The mandatory LaTeX template that must be used for your document
  3. The guidelines to be followed
  4. The submission widget

Please ensure you meet all deadlines and follow the guidelines.
