Obiettivi

Riconoscere e interpretare le principali patologie oncologiche e benigne del sangue e del sistema linfatico.

Fornire agli studenti i principi sull'approccio clinico al paziente affetto da tumore solide, compreso un focus specifico sulla radioterapia.

Conoscere l'eziologia delle principali malattie infettive e i relativi segni clinici e di laboratorio tipici per la diagnosi e la terapia.

Fornire allo studente un'esperienza diretta nella gestione di pazienti con problemi dermatologici, con un focus particolare sui disturbi onco-dermatologici.

Contenuti sintetici

ONCOLOGIA I

Approccio clinico al paziente affetto da tumore solido, principi di genetica tumorale, genomica per prognosi e previsione, immunoterapie e terapie mirate.

ONCOLOGIA II

La diagnosi radiologica di tumori, principi di radiodiagnostica e radioterapia

EMATOLOGIA

Approccio clinico e di laboratorio al paziente che presenta malattie della coagulazione e principi di Medicina Trasfusionale.

Approccio clinico e di laboratorio alle principali patologie onco-ematologiche e principi di trattamento ematologico specifico.

MALATTIE INFETTIVE

Principi di epidemiologia, diagnosi, trattamento e prevenzione delle malattie infettive. Diagnosi differenziale e gestione delle sindromi cliniche associate a infezioni. Terapia antibiotica.

DERMATOLOGIA

Interpretazione dei segni e dei sintomi delle principali patologie dermatologiche, con particolare focus sulle procedure diagnostiche e sui trattamenti specifici.

Aims

To recognize and interpret the main oncological and benign diseases of the blood and lymphatic system.

To provide to the students the principles and the clinical approach the patient affected by solid tumors, including a specific focus on radiotherapy.

To learn the etiology of major infectious diseases and related clinical and laboratory typical signs for diagnosis and therapy.

To provide the student with direct experience of managing patients with dermatological problems, with a particular focus on onco-dermatological disorders.

Contents

ONCOLOGY I

Clinical approach the patient affected by solid tumors, principles of cancer genetics, genomics for prognosis prediction, immunotherapies and targeted therapies.

ONCOLOGY II

Imaging for cancer diagnosis, principles of radiodiagnostics and radiotherapy

HEMATOLOGY

Clinical and laboratory approach to the patient presenting with coagulation disorders and principles of Transfusion Medicine.

Clinical and laboratory approach to the main onco-hematological disorders and principles of hematological specific treatments.

INFECTIOUS DISEASES

Principles of epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of Infectious Diseases. Differential diagnosis and management of clinical syndromes associated with infections. Antibiotic therapy.

DERMATOLOGY

Interpretation of signs and symptoms of the main dermatological disorders, with particular focus on diagnostic procedures and specific treatments.
