Chemistry and Propaedeutic Biochemistry II : Attività Pratiche di laboratorio utili per studenti di Medicina e Chirurgia.

Cellular and Molecular Biology: Il corso fornirà le conoscenze teoriche di base essenziali della biologia focalizzandosi sulle future applicazioni in campo biomedico.

Basic Computer Science: Attività pratiche di laboratorio nell'uso dei calcolatori per la produttività individuale.

Contenuti sintetici

Chemistry and Propaedeutic Biochemistry II : Apprendere le conoscenze teorico-pratiche di strumenti ed attività di laboratorio e conoscenze di proteomica a scopi clinici.

Cellular and Molecular Biology: Il contenuto del corso riguarderà tecniche biotecnologiche rilevanti e loro applicazioni in campo biomedico.

Basic Computer Science: Mettere in pratica le conoscenze in merito a metodologie e tecnologie riguardanti gli strumenti computerizzati impiegati in informatica medica e loro utilizzo per risolvere i problemi presenti in diverse aree della medicina e del sistema sanitario (a cominciare dalla produttività individuale)

La valutazione finale della Clerkship1 (IDONEO - NON IDONEO) viene data agli studenti ch hanno frequentato con successo i tre moduli della clerkship 1.

Chemistry and Propaedeutic Biochemistry II :La valutazione di un corretto apprendimento sarà effettuata con un colloquio di discussione sull'attività di laboratorio.

Cellular and Molecular Biology: Valutazione di presentazioni e relative discussioni di gruppo

Basic Computer Science: Per avere l'idoneità al modulo Clerkship1 - BCS lo studente deve frequentare il 70% delle lezioni del modulo Clerkship1 - In caso di impossibilità dello studente a frequentare il corso (es. per ritardata immatricolazione), l'idoneità sarà acquisita al superamento dell'esame del modulo BCS (codice corso: yyYY-1-H4102D004-H4102D010M).

Chemistry and Propaedeutic Biochemistry II : Practical laboratory activities useful for medical students.

Cellular and Molecular Biology: The course will provide the essential basic theoretical knowledge of biology focusing on future applications in the biomedical field.

Basic Computer Science: Practical laboratory activities with computers and personal applications.

Contents

Chemistry and Propaedeutic Biochemistry II : To learn basic practical laboratory activities useful for medical students, including basic knowledge and practical aspects of clinical proteomics.

Cellular and Molecular Biology: The content of the course will involve relevant biotechnological techniques and their applications in the biomedical field.

Basic Computer Science: Practice the knowledge of computer-related methodologies and technologies employed in medical informatics and to apply those methods in solving problems arising in different areas of medicine and the health-care system (starting from personal use).

The attended Chemistry, cell biology and propedeutical biochemistry courses.

Assessment method

The final grade is ELIGIBLE / NOT ELIGIBLE. Eligibility is achieved by having obtained the eligibility of all the three modules of Clerkship 1.

Chemistry and Propaedeutic Biochemistry II : Assignments will be given based on discussion of the laboratory activity.

Cellular and Molecular Biology: Evaluation of presentations and related group discussions

Basic Computer Science: To have Clerkship1 - BCS module eligibility, the student must attend 70% of the Clerkship1 - BCS module lessons.
If the student is unable to attend the course (e.g. due to late enrolment), eligibility will be acquired upon passing the BCS module exam (course number: yyYY-1-H4102D004-H4102D010M).
